Dear Client, We regret to inform you that our internet service has been interrupted since this morning. Our early assessments suggest that backbone submarine cable sustained damages after windy-oceanic conditions caused the Somali shores of the Indian Ocean become very rough and unstable.
Maintenance crews are working to troubleshoot the disruption and get the service back to normal with the least possible timeframe. Depending on the severity of the damages, a maintenance vessel could be called; which might further extend maintenance timeframe.
